Description
Their founder, Mr. B, the son of a shoe merchant, was born the grandson of a cobbler and believed in more than just selling shoes. In 1972 his eponymous shoe line debuted on six feet of department store shelf space, and in 1978 the first ALDO freestanding store opened its doors in Montreal, the city he fell in love with. Since then, he was always determined to create a new type of business.
